Favourite boss in OSRS?

Can be a one-time boss, or a boss you've grinded time and time again praying for that pet drop...

Honestly, my favourite thus far has been Royal Titans, a fun fight to duo and isn't completely overwhelming in solo content. It's great.

I haven't done many of the bosses released in the last like two years or so, really anything post Desert Treasure II, but I was always a big fan of Cerberus.

Grawgar

Lately, it's been Alchemical Hydra. I haven't gotten a pet drop yet, but always come out with massive profit. It's also a pretty chill fight once you get the hang of it.

Least favourite: Jad. I've killed that asshole 117 times with no pet drop

Ely :3

My absolute favourite is Yama, nothing else comes close. The depth of that fight, going from Mage only -> Unfreezing Yama during P3 and kiting him with melee only is unmatched risk-reward potential.

For repeatable bosses, Titans are dang good, yeah! Been fun to quick-type small tips to clanmates between respawn, watched a lot of people get CAs with just small changes in duo strats.

All time favorite, though? That trophy has to go to the second to last boss fight of While Guthix Sleeps. A lot of nontraditional moves you gotta do with your spellbook in that one, really feels like I'm being clever with things for a change instead of just brute forcing through a situation.

The feeling I experienced after finally beating Arrav, after weeks of attempts and toughening up... utterly exquisite. That's the high water mark for me. The axe catching mechanic is incredible.

For repeatable bosses, I'm actually quite fond of the Hueycoatl. She feels like a theme park ride. I do a round, then I wanna go again! And again! And again... and now I'd like to go and ride something else, but I'll be back another day.

YES, the Balance Elemental fight in WGS is my top fave and I wish I could play it again. It was challenging in a way that required intense focus that could so easily be broken, especially when its attacks keep getting faster the lower its hp got. But also it put me into the flow state because it followed a rhythm while constantly changing attack styles and prayers, and the music made it so immersive and intense. Also it made me realize I would be perfectly fine to attempt Jad if I managed to finish WGS haha

As for repeatable bosses, that would have to be Perilous Moons because the self-sustained area means I could be there indefinitely. The mechanics are satisfying once you get them right and I just really like the aesthetic of the whole place (but I wish I wasn't on such a long dry streak :'()

I just think that we should have the ability to refight boss-exclusive bosses in OSRS. Like there are so many fun fights that you can only do once (Arrav, Vanstrom Klause, Balance Guardian etc.). I know in RS3 there's the Domionion Tower which bascially has exactly that concept. Wish they'd bring it to OSRS properly and no, Nightmare Zone doesn't count.

I think my favorite osrs boss fight is by far Surok Magis from While Guthix Sleeps. It utilizes the standard spellbook to it's full potential and gets extremely creative with solutions in dealing with the bosses mechanics. I don't think Jagex will ever make a cooler mechanic than Telegrabbing an opponents explosive and high aching it right in front of them. I wish I could do that fight again and again.

I'm not super far into my PvM journey but so far I'd say Vorkath is my favourite, although I'm a bit biased because I got spooned the pet in <30 kills lmao.

Also for quest bosses I really liked the one at the end of While Guthix Sleeps. I felt that was a great way to learn gear and prayer switching. It also ended up being a lot easier than I was making it out to be in my head.
